Katharine Stevens lays out the science of early development and the critical role of early childhood in boosting mobility for a life of success and well-being and breaking the cycle of intergenerational poverty in disadvantaged communities. 9:10-11.05 SESSION ONE: Expanding Horizons How can Georgians best position themselves in the right place at the right time? By being part of the skilled and accessible workforce that is key to attracting economic investment to Georgia. Expanding opportunities involves enhancing access to educational and job choices. A major component for Georgians is reasonable transportation options between jobs and homes. A toolkit that embraces innovation, both in technology and access, expands those horizons.
